Dealer of Record Program

The Dealer of Record Program (DOR) is designed to support vendors who are going above and beyond to promote S1 Armory, and secure Government business.

The Dealer of Record Program (DOR) is designed to support vendors who actively promote and secure government business on behalf of S1 Armory and its affiliated brands.

The purpose of the DOR program is to recognize and reward dealers who understand what S1 Armory and its affiliates can offer and are actively pursuing business opportunities within our industry. The basis of this program involves three key aspects:

Initiation, Communication, and Appreciation.

Initiation: dealer initiates a sales opportunity by conducting on-site demonstrations of S1 Armory's products or investing a substantial amount of time in educating a qualified customer (a "Qualified Customer" being a potential buyer that meets criteria set by S1 Armory). Please note that not every sale will qualify as a DOR sale. A request for pricing or a product inclusion in an existing bid does not qualify for DOR pricing. The DOR program relies on the dealer's proactive business initiation. Dealers are encouraged to document their work to support their request for DOR Pricing.

Communication: The dealer must complete and submit a DOR form along with a quote request to operations@stand1armory.com. This form can be downloaded from our website (www.stand1armory.com). S1 Armory will confirm receipt of the submission and return a signed copy if your DOR request is approved.

Appreciation: If all the above criteria are met, the DOR will receive preferential pricing. However, preferential pricing does not guarantee winning a bid, especially if the DOR significantly raises their bid price. S1 Armory and affiliated brands are not liable for the loss of a bid due to DOR’s final bid price.

Final DOR Review Guidelines

  • The DOR program is designed to support and reward dealers actively pursuing business opportunities within our industry.
  • All S1 Armory Dealers will receive standard pricing if no DOR form is submitted and approved.
  • Submitting the DOR form does not guarantee preferential pricing. DOR criteria must be met. A notice of approval or denial will be sent after your submission is reviewed.
  • DOR approvals are handled on a first-come-first-serve basis with no exceptions.
  • The DOR form must be filled out completely and submitted via email before the product goes out to bid. No DOR request will be accepted after the Request For Quotation (RFQ) has been issued.
  • The DOR is awarded on a per-deal basis and does not provide the dealer with exclusive rights to the DOR for the affiliated product or customer that was originally approved.
  • If S1 Armory initiates the sale, no DOR’s will be accepted.
  • Bids can still be lost if the DOR significantly increases their bid price. S1 Armory and affiliated brands are not liable for the loss of a bid due to the DOR’s final bid price.
